Handpicked Wines is seeking a Vineyard Manager to lead operations at Capella Vineyard in Bittern, VIC. This role manages two organic vineyards across 10 hectares, partnering with the Group Viticulturist to implement strategy and ensure top fruit quality.
You'll supervise a small team, maintain organic certification, oversee irrigation and machinery, report to the Group Viticulturist, and contribute to the full winemaking cycle from field to bottle.
