St. Agni is seeking an experienced and inspiring Retail Store Manager to lead our Brisbane Boutique in Fortitude Valley.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the boutique and play an integral role in its continued growth and success. We're looking for a natural retail leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, cultivating meaningful client relationships and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
As Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the Brisbane Boutique, leading the retail team with confidence, care and a strong commercial mindset. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing our VIP clientele, maintaining exceptional brand and visual standards, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the boutique.
As a key ambassador for St. Agni, you will have a deep understanding and appreciation of the brand, our design philosophy and our product, with the ability to authentically communicate this to both your team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
Consistently deliver an exceptional and considered St. Agni client experience.
Lead the boutique in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Build and nurture a strong VIP client base, developing meaningful and long-term customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to attract new clients, increase store traffic and drive boutique growth.
Develop a deep understanding of St. Agni collections and product, confidently communicating this knowledge to clients and the wider team.
Lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating an elevated and personalised approach to customer service.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team.
Foster a positive, collaborative and supportive boutique culture.
Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching,



training and feedback to support individual and team development.
Recruit, onboard and train new team members.
Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for continued growth and development.
Effectively manage rosters, wage budgets and team delegation in line with business requirements.
Lead from the front and support the team during key trade periods and times of increased business demand.
Boutique Operations
Oversee the daily operations of the Brisbane Boutique, ensuring the store operates efficiently and to the highest standard.
Accurately and efficiently complete all store administration and operational requirements.
Manage inventory levels, stock movements and replenishment to support commercial performance.
Maintain exceptional boutique standards across presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
Ensure all operational processes, policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Manage boutique budgets, wage budgets, rosters and relevant financial records.
Work collaboratively with the wider St. Agni team to ensure a consistent and seamless brand experience.
Commercial Performance & Reporting
Take ownership of the boutique's commercial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor sales performance, customer behaviour, team performance and store KPIs.
Develop strategies and initiatives to improve sales, customer acquisition, retention and profitability.
Prepare detailed reports, insights and growth opportunities to share with the General Manager – Marketing & Retail.
Provide meaningful feedback from the boutique, including customer insights, product feedback and emerging opportunities.
