Childcare Educators
Brand recent Armidale centreOpen to current trainees wanting to take their next step
Are you looking for more in your career? To develop within an organisation that you have had a hand in building? We are creating something special and we are looking for passionate, kind, and dedicated Educators to help shape it.
Little Saplings is a recent addition to Armidale. We are not owned by property investors or part of a national chain. We are here with one goal: to give back to the community by providing genuinely high-quality care, whilst providing real career pathways for our staff.
We are values-driven, grounded, and believe great centres are built around great people. Here, educators are not just employees. You are a key part of something meaningful. You will be supported, appreciated, and trusted to do what you do best.
After 6months of being open, we have consistently grown month on month - which is a testament to the service our star team are delivering to the community. We now have openings for Educators (or trainee educators ready for their next step in their career) as we open the next rooms in our centre.
