About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this 12-month fixed-term contract will see you take ownership of Accounts Receivable and collections activities across a diverse customer base. You will play a key role in managing outstanding accounts, resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting month-end processes.
Duties
Manage collections and follow up overdue accounts
Investigate and resolve customer payment queries
Process account adjustments, credits, refunds, and write-offs
Monitor and respond to finance inbox enquiries
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records




Support month-end reporting and journal processing
Liaise with internal stakeholders across multiple business locations
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
Skills & experience
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Collections role
Experience working within a high-volume or multi-site business
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel capability
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, or similar
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
