Casual Warehouse Team Members
to join our friendly, fast-paced warehouse team based in
South Melbourne
.
This is a casual, flexible role suited to people looking for additional weekday work that can fit around other commitments.
Hours are offered based on operational requirements and are not guaranteed from week to week.
Depending on business needs, you may be offered shifts on an occasional basis or up to
1–2 days in some weeks
, with additional opportunities during busy trading periods, staff leave coverage and other peak periods.
About the Role
As part of our warehouse team, you'll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You'll also assist with inventory management activities to maintain stock accuracy and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. Attention to detail is important, as you'll be working with products where accuracy matters.
Typical hours:
Monday to Friday
Shifts generally between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
Casual roster based on operational requirements
No guaranteed minimum hours or regular weekly shifts
Additional shifts may be offered during busy periods or to cover staff leave
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders
Prepare orders for dispatch
Receive, check and put away incoming stock
Assist with inventory control, stock counts and cycle counts
Investigate and report stock discrepancies
Help maintain accurate inventory records
Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
About You




We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A positive team player with a solid work ethic
Comfortable using technology or willing to learn warehouse systems
Physically capable of undertaking manual handling tasks
Available for weekday shifts when required
Previous warehouse or inventory experience is advantageous but not essential — we're happy to train the right person.
