Duties Include But Not Limited To
Work under the direction of a supervisor and/or the operations manager. Prepare items to high standard for painting. Learn and develop skills in paint matching, mixing, and applying. Exceptional eye for detail and spotting blemishes and fixing accordingly. Sanding, masking, preparing of panels, guards, bonnets, boots etc. Complete tasks in a timely manner and follow instructions from Qualified Supervisors. Commitment to formal training and trade school requirements. Work tasks at a high level should be completed after a brief period of on-the-job training. Communication literacy and numeracy skills will allow an employee to understand transparent written and/or verbal instructions and perform basic duties as directed. Must have a basic skill in verbal & written literacy.
Enjoy Practical and Manual work. Be able to work with hand tools and machines. Need to possess good hand-eye coordination. Be able to demonstrate time management skills. Possess an eye for detail. Be mechanically minded. Commitment to formal training and trade school requirements. Genuine desire and interested to work in the industry. Able to work as part of a team. Must be punctual, honest and reliable. Display an enthusiastic attitude. Able to listen, take and follow instructions.
Additional Requirements
Drivers Licence – Would be an asset.
