We are currently expanding our Head Office in Belmont and are seeking a motivated, professional Customer Service Representative (Front of House / Reception) to be the welcoming face of our business.

About the Role
You will represent the Budget Chalkwest brand in every customer interaction. You will be responsible for delivering a professional, friendly, and effective experience while supporting day-to-day rental operations.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where no two days are the same, and where your contribution directly supports the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the front-of-house representative at Budget Chalkwest Head Office
Assist customers with vehicle rentals including bookings, pick-ups, and returns
Provide accurate information on rental options, pricing, and insurance products
Process rental agreements, payments,



and maintain accurate records
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner
Resolve issues quickly with a solution-focused mindset
Support general office administration including data entry, filing, and stock control
Collaborate with fleet, reservations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
About You
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
Confident communicator who can adapt to different customers and situations
Comfortable working in a busy front desk / reception environment
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
C Class Driver's Licence (preferred)
