What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, effective service across bar, bistro, gaming,



and functions
Supporting and mentoring staff to deliver top-tier customer service
Taking charge during peak trade periods and resolving any customer issues with a smile
Maintaining compliance with RSA and venue policies
Working closely with senior management to drive performance and improve service standards
What You'll Bring:
Proven hospitality or Duty Manager experience in a high-volume venue
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands‐on attitude and the ability to think on your feet
Current RSA and RSG certificates (RMLV and Approved Managers License well regarded)
Availability to work across a rotating roster (including weekends and nights)
