About the Role
You'll be working across a variety of residential projects, from custom new homes to renovations and extensions. This is a hands‐on role requiring someone who can confidently interpret plans, manage their own work, and consistently deliver high‐quality finishes.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
5
years' experience as a qualified carpenter.
Strong experience in residential new builds and renovations.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans independently.
High level of skill in detailed and finish carpentry.




Able to work unsupervised while maintaining quality and productivity.
Solid problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
White Card.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Own tools preferred.
Responsibilities
All aspects ofdetailed carpentry work.
Carry out all aspects of residential construction and renovation carpentry.
Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
Work independently while coordinating with site supervisors and other trades.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised worksite.
Deliver high‐quality workmanship that meets project deadlines.
