is looking for an experienced, motivated
Yard Team Leader
to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can lead a team to deliver high-quality results every day.
What you'll be doing:
Lawn mowing and whipper snipping
Hedge trimming and pruning
Garden tidy-ups and weed control
Ensuring every job is completed to a high standard
Training and supporting team members
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in lawn and garden maintenance
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Current driver's licence (manual preferred)Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
