Client‐Side Project Manager
of all levels to join our client's team in Brisbane. As a Client‐Side Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from the client's perspective, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project success across all phases of delivery. We are looking for Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, who will have skills in the following areas:
Residential (Apartments)
Rail
Civil such as roads and infrastructure
Water
All aspects of commercial building
Key responsibilities
Managing all aspects of construction projects on behalf of the client, from inception through to practical completion and handover
Liaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Monitoring project budgets, schedules and resources to ensure projects remain on track and within financial parameters
Reviewing contract documentation, tender submissions and variations to protect the client's interests
Conducting regular site inspections and progress meetings to verify work quality and compliance with specifications
Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimise delays and cost overruns
Preparing regular project reports and documentation for client briefings and stakeholder updates
Resolving disputes and issues that arise during construction in a professional and timely manner
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on all project sites
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Client Side Project Manager or similar role within the construction industry
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies,



contract management and project delivery processes
Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
Ability to deliver projects and or business develop
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse parties
Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Sound understanding of relevant construction legislation, building codes and compliance requirements
Professional qualification such as a degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related field
Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience managing projects in Queensland or Australia is advantageous is a must
