estate administration

About the role
At Life Legacy Legal, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional legal services to our clients in probate and estate administration matters. You will be working with an experienced lawyer and have the support of our established team of estate administration paralegals.
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities in this role will include:
assisting with/managing probate and estate administration matters;
preparing and filing Supreme Court documents for obtaining a grant of probate or letters of administration;
assisting with/managing all aspects of estate administration, including the closure of bank accounts and transfer/sale of motor vehicles, shares and land, and dealing with aged care facilities, life insurance claims, superannuation death benefit claims and executor's commission claims; and
liaising with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient estate administration.
