Kidney Medicine Gosford is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist / Secretary to join our fast-paced medical practice in Gosford, Central Coast. This full‐time role will involve providing essential administrative and clerical support to our team of doctors. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and on the phone
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
Assisting with the preparation of medical documentation and correspondence
Providing general administrative support to the clinical team as required
You will be based in our Gosford rooms for majority of your working hours. Twice a month, you will be required to accompany our doctors (in your own vehicle) to their clinic in Hamlyn Terrace/Wyong.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Secretary, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a friendly and professional manner, and a keen eye for detail
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using medical software and standard office equipment
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, patient‐centric environment
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security
