The City of Wanneroo is on the lookout for two friendly,
motivated Customer Relations Officers to join our busy Customer
Service and Information Team.

About the Role
As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the first point of
contact for our diverse community, assisting customers via phone
and email. You will play a critical role in responding to enquiries
and providing high-quality service while completing a wide variety
of administrative tasks.
What you'll be doing
No two customer interactions are quite the same. You'll help
customers navigate Council services, answer questions, resolve
issues and connect them with the right information or team.
You'll be:
• Responding to a wide range of customer enquiries by phone and
email
• Providing clear, accurate and friendly information
• Investigating enquiries and finding practical solutions
• Using multiple systems and databases to record and manage
customer requests
• Processing transactions and completing administrative
tasks
• Following up enquiries to ensure customers receive the right
outcome
• Working collaboratively with other Council teams to resolve more
complex enquiries
• Helping deliver a positive customer experience, even when




conversations are challenging
