Job Description
As the Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring to maximise sales opportunities, including:
Coach and mentor the store team to enable them to always put the customer first and deliver a positive experience for each customer
Develop sales and profit strategies in alignment to the business goals that enables success for you and your team
Proactively engage with your team to identify hazards and manage risks
Qualifications
