Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing excellent service across all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events. You will work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards and exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities
Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
Provide service as a barista, bartender, or in other service roles when required
Maintain a strong understanding of menus, specials, and promotions
Ensure service areas are clean, organised, and well-prepared at all times
Handle customer payments and ensure accurate settlement of accounts
Respond to guest queries in a friendly, skilled, and helpful manner




Work closely with team members to deliver a seamless and high-quality guest experience
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Well-groomed and professional presentation
Preferred
Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality
Barista or bar experience
Knowledge of food safety and service standards
