Evolution Mining's Northparkes Operations is seeking a Safety, Systems & Compliance Team Leader to drive the safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across the site. You will lead the systems and people responsible for safeguarding our workforce and maintaining secure, compliant operations.
You will mentor Safety Advisors, manage HSE management systems, and contribute to investigations, audits and risk assessments to support informed decision-making at leadership level.
