As the
Team Leader
in our
Workforce Australia program
, you will lead with purpose - driving performance, building capability, and shaping a culture where people thrive. You'll guide a team of Employment Consultants, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes for participants.
This role suits a resilient, strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments - bringing clarity to complexity, leading through change, and balancing performance with meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Build a positive, accountable and growth-focused culture through regular coaching, feedback, recognition and capability development.
Drive performance through effective caseload management, data-driven decision making and a strong focus on contractual and organisational targets.
Ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery while maintaining compliance with Workforce Australia requirements, policies and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations and key stakeholders to enhance participant opportunities and program outcomes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise team effectiveness and service performance.
What You'll Bring
Proven leadership driving team performance and capability in fast-paced, KPI-focused environments.
Solid communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate others and lead through change.




Sound judgement and problem-solving skills to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build productive relationships across employers, community organisations and internal teams.
Highly proficient across digital platforms, with the ability to manage and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with ChildrenCheck.
