Role Responsibilities:
Positively engage with clients, identify their needs and exceed expectations
Maintain and effectively communicate specialised product knowledge
Build and maintain customer relationships
Perform general administrative duties including booking appointments, processing documents and data entry, requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
A current valid driver's license is required for this role.
To be successful in this role you will need:




Previous experience in Sales or Customer service role's with a track record of effectively managing customer queries and expectations while building rapport
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to take initiative, be innovative and solve problems in a professional and approachable manner
An exceptionally high standard of personal presentation
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy
An excellent ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a versatile and self-motivated approach to work and the ability to accept responsibility and take ownership to achieve outcomes.
