Is This You?
A stay-at-home parent/carer, uni student, or someone with transferable skills looking for flexible work
Comfortable with a mix of shift durations and support environments
Note: if you are only seeking 6+ hour SIL shifts, this role is not a match
What We Expect of You
You care about the outcomes of the people you support, not just the pay
You give full effort each shift, communicate clearly, and show up reliably
You are comfortable providing wide-ranging supports across varied settings and clients
You have experience in, or are willing to learn, bowel care, mealtime management, enteral feeding, and complex manual handling
