About Us
All Ages First Aid Training is a growing first aid training provider based in Rockingham, WA.
We deliver engaging, practical and scenario-based First Aid and CPR training from our dedicated Rockingham training centre, as well as onsite training for businesses, schools and community organisations throughout the local area.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and appropriately qualified
First Aid Trainer & Assessor
to join our team on a casual basis.
We are looking for someone who can bring their own personality to the classroom while delivering professional, compliant and enjoyable training.
The Role
You will primarily deliver nationally recognised First Aid courses including:
HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
Training will predominantly be delivered from our dedicated training centre in
Rockingham
, with opportunities to deliver onsite corporate training throughout the surrounding areas.
Our administration team manages student bookings and enrolments and processing, allowing our trainers to concentrate on what they do best –
training students
.
What We're Looking For
We are specifically looking for an applicant who is
already appropriately qualified to train and assess
.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Current and relevant First Aid qualifications and vocational competency
Knowledge and practical experience in First Aid and CPR
Strong communication and presentation skills




Confidence delivering practical face-to-face training
Ability to engage with students from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels
Good organisational and time-management skills
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Availability for weekday training
Highly Regarded
We would particularly like to hear from applicants who:
Are currently delivering HLTAID009, HLTAID011 and/or HLTAID012
Have previous experience working with an RTO
Have experience delivering workplace or corporate First Aid training
Have a healthcare, emergency services, nursing, paramedicine or similar background
Are comfortable delivering practical scenario-based training
Are available for occasional weekend or after-hours training

$60–$70 per hour + super
, depending on qualifications and experience

At All Ages First Aid Training, we don't want students simply sitting through another First Aid course.
Our focus is on creating a relaxed but professional learning environment where students participate, practise their skills and leave feeling confident that they could actually respond in an emergency.
We incorporate practical activities and realistic scenarios into our courses, so we're looking for a trainer who enjoys
working with people and making training engaging
.
You don't need to deliver training exactly like us from day one. We will support you in learning our systems and approach while allowing you to bring your own experience and personality to the classroom.
RTO Arrangements
All Ages First Aid Training delivers nationally recognised training in partnership with
Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO *****
.
The successful applicant will be required to meet the relevant trainer and assessor requirements and obtain approval through Allens Training prior to independently delivering nationally recognised training on our behalf.
