Job Description
Join the Mental Health Hospital in the Home team! A virtual hospital based in the community as part of the Royal Hobart Hospital.
The Role
Demonstrated clinical experience in the relevant practice area, with the capacity to provide clinical leadership, exercise professional judgement and initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to understand the business of the unit-service in delivering the best outcomes within available resources, including a demonstrated understanding of patient flow principles and discharge planning in the pursuit of patient-client goals within a contemporary healthcare framework.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the evaluation, innovation and development of services provided by the unit-service and the review of clinical practice policy, procedures and protocols.
Details of appointment
Permanent part time, shift worker position, working up to 64 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary




Salary: $109,767 to $115,813 pro rata, per annum
Salary $109,767 to $115,813 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement ****. In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type Salary Packaging You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
