Your new role
You will be carrying out electrical work onboard large-scale naval and commercial marine assets and also within a purpose-built electrical workshop.
Where you will be delivering compliant, high-quality electrical repairs and installations across marine platforms where you will be responsible for the following:
Installing, terminating and testing fixed wiring and earthing systems onboard vessels
Running and securing cable support systems across naval & commercial platforms
Assembling and repairing junction boxes, relay panels and electrical components
Testing using multimeters, megger testers and diagnostic equipment
Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians and project teams, contributing to complex,
mission-critical infrastructure
Reading wiring diagrams
Adhering to WHS procedures
Support workshop operations and wider projects
What you'll need to succeed
NSW Electrical licence
White Card
Ability to pass a police check, must be an Australian citizen
Marine or ship-repair experience regarded (but not essential)
Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
Safety-first mindset
Good communication skills
