About the role
We're currently seeking an experienced
Contracts Administrator
to join our growing Perth business unit and play a key role in the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects across the Perth metropolitan area and broader Western Australia. You will contribute to managing commercial and contractual aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring strong cost control, compliance, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Key responsibilities
Administration and management of contracts in accordance with project requirements and alliance principles
Preparation and assessment of progress claims, variations, and cost forecasts
Supporting procurement activities, including subcontractor engagement and package management
Assisting with budget control, cost reporting, and financial tracking
Preparing commercial reports and supporting monthly project reporting cycles
Working closely with project, engineering,
and delivery teams to ensure commercial alignment
Maintaining accurate project documentation and contract records
About you
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline
Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator on civil or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control, and subcontract management
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative project workplace
Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience on alliance projects or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded
