About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Assistant Property Manager to provide hands-on support to the Property Management team.
This is a varied role where you will spend time both in the office and out on the road, assisting the Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios.
You will play an key role in ensuring properties are well maintained, tenants receive excellent service and the Property Managers have the support they need to effectively manage their portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios
Conducting
routine property inspections
and preparing inspection reports
Assisting with and conducting




open homes
Supporting the leasing process and arranging property viewings
Processing and assisting with rental applications
Liaising with tenants, landlords and tradespeople
Coordinating maintenance requests and following up contractors
Assisting with tenant enquiries and general property-related matters
Preparing property management documentation and correspondence
Maintaining accurate property, tenant and landlord records
Providing general administrative support to the Property Management team
Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained across the portfolio

About You

You will ideally have:
Previous experience within real estate or property management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors
A professional and customer-focused approach
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
A proactive attitude and willingness to help the wider team
Strong computer and administration skills
A current driver's licence
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in property management
