WE ARE
We're a landscape construction business on the Mornington Peninsula, building beautiful outdoor spaces — paving, retaining walls, turf, garden beds, and hardscaping.
As we grow, we're looking for an organised, switched-on person to come on board and help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role starts at two to three days per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time operations position as the business expands.
If you're someone who wants to grow with a business rather than slot into a fixed role, this is for you.

Reliable and trustworthy — we need someone we can count on
Highly organised, with great attention to detail




Pretty tech-savvy
Proven understanding of social media — you know how content gets planned, scheduled and filmed, not just posted
Strong sales experience — confident following up leads and turning enquiries into booked jobs
An understanding of the construction industry is a big plus
A warm, professional manner with clients
Sick and tired of working with a boss who doesn't value you or your input
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Invoicing and reconciling transactions in Xero
Responding to new enquiries and managing bookings
Handling and scheduling the work calendar
Preparing quotes using our existing template
Material organisation and ordering
Supporting client communications
Coordinating our social media content — scheduling posts and helping film on-the-job content
