Education Support Traineeship – Swifts Creek P-12 School
AGA is seeking a motivated and caring Education Support Trainee to commence in January ****. This position will be employed by AGA under a Group Training Organisation arrangement and hosted at Swifts Creek P-12 School in Swifts Creek, Victoria.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience in a supportive school environment, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification in education support.
About the role:
As an Education Support Trainee, you will work alongside experienced teachers and school staff to help students learn, participate, and thrive. You will gain practical skills while supporting classroom activities, student wellbeing, learning routines, and inclusive participation across the school.
What you wll be doing:
Assisting teachers with classroom learning activities and resources
Supporting students to engage positively in their learning
Helping create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging school environment
Building positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community
Developing practical skills while completing your education support training
