Your new company This Queensland-based company that operates across a growing industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their stable finance team on a full-time permanent basis.
This position will be based in their Wacol office, which offers plenty of onsite parking.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Supplier maintenance
Processing of invoices
Preparing and processing payment runs
Creditor reconciliations
Petty cash management
Handling any queries via phone and email from suppliers
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
Experience in high volume Accounts Payable, ideally within the commercial sector
Ability to work well as part of a team
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service
