Crowne Real Estate is seeking a talented and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties in the Ipswich QLD **** area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading real estate agency while developing your property management expertise.
What you'll be doing
Effectively managing a portfolio of rental properties, including coordinating inspections, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring timely rent collection
Conducting thorough property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords
Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenant-ready
Advertising vacant properties and managing the tenant selection process
Negotiating and preparing tenancy agreements, bond lodgements, and other legal documents
Providing exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive property records
Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a property management or real estate role, preferably in the residential sector
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants,



landlords, and contractors
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Thorough understanding of relevant tenancy laws and regulations
Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
