About the Role
Coordinate dual occupancy projects from contract signing through to site commencement
Manage the pre-construction process, ensuring projects are accurately prepared for construction
Coordinate planning, engineering, permits, selections and construction documentation
Liaise with clients throughout the pre-site process, providing explicit communication and regular updates
Work closely with architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants and internal construction teams
Review plans and documentation to identify issues and ensure projects are construction-ready
Coordinate variations, selections and client requirements prior to handover to the construction team
Maintain accurate project records, databases and documentation
Ensure projects progress within agreed timeframes and key milestones are achieved

The Successful Candidate
Previous experience as a Pre-Site Coordinator, Building Coordinator, Contracts Administrator or similar within residential construction
Strong experience with dual occupancy / townhouse projects highly regarded
Sound understanding of the residential building process from contract through to construction
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering and construction documentation
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong client and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Proficient computer skills and experience working with residential construction software
