Your new role
As a Sales Loader Operator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring customers are loaded safely, efficiently, and professionally.
You will be working on an afternoon shift with hours being 1pm-11pm Monday–Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
Loading customer trucks with quarry products and construction materials
Operating front-end loaders in a safe and efficient manner
Conducting pre-start checks and routine equipment inspections
Maintaining accurate load records and following site procedures
Supporting general yard housekeeping and site safety initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy machinery
Current loader ticket/licence (essential)
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable transport and ability to work afternoon shift hours
