We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Luxury Housekeeper to join a prestigious private household in Brisbane's inner-city area.
This is more than a traditional housekeeping role. Working under the direction of the Property Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining exceptional standards across luxury residences while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the household.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys building trusted relationships, and is seeking a long-term opportunity where they can become a valued and respected member of the household team. This full-time position operates on a rotating roster, with ordinary hours worked between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, with work required every second Saturday. Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
About the Role
Reporting to the Property Manager and working alongside an experienced household team, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining luxury residences to an impeccable standard
Detailed cleaning and presentation of high-end homes
Care of delicate, valuable, and specialist furnishings and household items
Household organisation and general support duties
Meal preparation as required
Travelling between multiple properties when required
Working collaboratively within an established household team
Maintaining privacy, discretion,



and confidentiality at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury private residences, high-end hospitality, government residences, executive accommodation, or similar environments
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
Strong English communication skills
A professional, polished, and discreet manner
The ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic
Willing to have a federal Police Check done
The ability to complete pre-employment screening requirements
Three professional employment references
