The Caseload
Roughly 8 in 10 of our patients are private or extras-paying, not compensable, which means the work is driven by what the patient needs, not what a claims process dictates. Knee and ACL rehab makes up about a quarter of the caseload, with strong volumes in lumbar spine, shoulder and foot/ankle. Most of our patients sit in the 21 to 40 age bracket, active adults and community sport players, which is exactly the population VALD testing and return-to-sport protocols are built for. This isn't a caseload you have to go looking for the compelling cases in. It's most of the week.
