Working within a collaborative IT Services team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in modern Microsoft data technologies while contributing to meaningful projects that support business operations and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
Learning and developing Microsoft Data Platform solutions
Maintaining existing data platforms, Power BI reports, and Microsoft Fabric developments
Supporting data-related initiatives across the IT Services team
Assisting with data maintenance, reporting, and analysis activities
Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues
Ensuring compliance with Council policies, legislative requirements, and Equal Employment Chance standards
Providing high-quality customer service and stakeholder support
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline




Experience providing client-focused data development and maintenance services
Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern Microsoft Data Platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft data development technologies and reporting tools
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirable
Exposure to data management and governance practices
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data solutions
Knowledge of Power BI and related Microsoft ecosystem technologies
