If you're looking to begin your career in Positive Behaviour Support through the IBIS pathway, Avina's Graduate Program is designed to help you develop the practical skills, clinical reasoning and confidence required to become a capable Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Our 12-month program begins with a structured 9-week onboarding and gradual caseload ramp-up, rather than expecting you to step immediately into a full practitioner workload.

What You'll Learn

What You'll Be Doing
As your capability develops, you'll progressively work with participants across home, school and community environments.
You'll learn to conduct assessments, develop evidence-informed Behaviour Support Plans, work collaboratively with participants and their support networks, and build the skills required to deliver safe, ethical and person-centred Behaviour Support.
