Steel-Line Garage Doors WA, a division of BX Bunka Australia, is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator
to join our team on a full-time basis at our Wangara Branch. This role will focus on assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating service scheduling to support our customer service operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The scope of the duties and responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator may include but are not limited to the following:
Allocate work to Installers by working with the prepared run sheets
Allocate work to Subcontractors (where applicable)
Collate OH&S; documents relevant to job requirements
Efficiently co-ordinate installation of doors and minimise associated problems
Receive cash from Installers and process the job and payment on the system
Complete Subcontractor reconciliations
Maintain a friendly, co-operative, customer-focused attitude at all times with emphasis on portraying willingness to help
Deal with any customer enquiries and problems in the shortest time possible with a view to ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded
Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality.
Complete,



print and post invoices to customers
Ensure that all Data entry is done with a high level of accuracy
Create appointment schedules for Installers
Ensure the proper filing of documents.
Where requested by management, participate in meetings and take down relevant notes during the process.
Archive records with line with legislative requirements
Be aware and adhere closely to the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the organisation and familiarise yourself with internal Computer systems.
Perform other reasonable duties as required by your manager.
Position Specification:
Have a level of skill commensurate with 2 to 3 years of administration / coordination experience.
Requires solid technical/product knowledge pertinent to the Garage door industry and problem solving skills, and setting of priorities.
Required to exercise good time management
Requires interpersonal skills
Should possess sound coordination and communication skills,
Computer skills are essential.
