Job Description
Access Telehealth on the Central Coast is seeking Casual Aged Care Nurses (EN or RN) to travel from Gosford to Newcastle, supporting our clinical teams with telehealth-facilitated assessments and reviews.
The role is on-site at Residential Aged Care Homes and requires local residency; relocation or delayed start dates are not available.
You will coordinate telehealth rounds with GPs and specialists, liaise with in office staff, manage schedules and documentation using laptop/tablet provided, and
