Your new role We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Officers to join a leading Refinery operation in the Gladstone region.
This position offers a 9-day fortnight roster , working 10 hour shifts , providing excellent work-life balance while contributing to a safety-focused and high-performing team.
Responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Receive, store, pick, pack, and distribute materials
Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure work areas are kept safe and organised
Accurately record inventory movements and equipment performance
Identify and report opportunities for continuous improvement
Assist and support team members as required
Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient warehouse operations




What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
Current Forklift Licence (LF)
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience using inventory management systems is advantageous
Residing in the Gladstone region
