Up to $***** p/h + super, penalties, tax benefits plus casual loading
Casual or permanent part time roles with the ability to work up to 76 hours per fortnight

Working across Uniting facilities in our Central Coast Hunter New England region: Hamlyn Terrace, Bateau Bay, Elermore Vale, Hamilton, Belmont North, Garden Suburb, Mayfield
What you'll be doing in this role
Provide high standards of clinical care for residents in our aged care home, supporting independence and improving quality of life.
Act as a clinical leader, developing, delivering and evaluating resident care plans.
Utilise sharp clinical assessment skills and lead the delivery of clinical services.
Ensure care meets residents' individual goals.
Provide wound management, medication management and palliative care services.
Assist the clinical management team with AANAC documentation and assessments.




Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members to advocate for client quality of life.
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
Use holistic practice and critical decision-making skills to lead the team.

Who we're looking for
Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care with experience in the wider health sector.
Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, strong time management, and live Uniting's everyday values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
Committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
Hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
