Aruma is seeking a motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner to develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for individuals with disabilities.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team and families to create meaningful outcomes that promote independence and inclusion.
You will deliver evidence-based plans, train staff, review progress regularly and advocate for the rights and dignity of those we support in a collaborative setting.
