You will lead large cross-functional initiatives, influence senior leaders, and own the strategic roadmap from concept to measurable impact.
You will build analytical frameworks enabled by AI/ML to inform business decisions and shape the product vision alongside operations and tech teams, while partnering with teams across Customer Experience, Operations, Transportation, Tech, Finance and BI.
