The Peninsula Mandurah is looking for an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team on a permanent full-time basis.
Located on the stunning Mandurah waterfront, The Peninsula is a vibrant multi-faceted venue offering quality dining, a lively bar, functions and exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage, functions and gaming.
Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.
Coaching, developing and motivating front-of-house team members.
Leading service across busy bistro, restaurant and function operations.
Supporting labour management, venue presentation and operational compliance.
Managing cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and venue reporting.
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational success.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Duty Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.




Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Experience working in busy bistro and/or restaurant environments.
Functions experience is highly regarded.
Experience in a multi-faceted hospitality venue.
TAB experience is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions under pressure.
Proficient computer skills.
Current WA RSA certificate.
