About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Power Platform Developer
to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
, with experience integrating enterprise systems in regulated environments.
Required Experience
Minimum
5 years of hands‐on experience
with Microsoft Power Platform technologies in enterprise or consulting environments.
Proven experience developing
production-grade Power Platform solutions
, including
Copilot Studio agents
and complex
Power Automate
workflows.
Strong expertise in designing
end‐to‐end business workflows
that integrate multiple enterprise systems and leverage
Microsoft Dataverse
for durable data management.
Experience designing secure, scalable, and auditable enterprise solutions with a robust understanding of governance and best practices.




Hands‐on experience integrating applications using
Microsoft connectors, REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads
, and custom connector development.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API‐driven architectures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams in regulated environments.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, DevOps, and governance.
Experience working in government, utilities, financial services, or other regulated industries.
