About the Role
City of Ryde is seeking a customer-focused and organised Casual Waste Administrator to support the delivery of Council's waste and resource recovery services during the transition to a new Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) service.
In this role, you will provide information and assistance via phone, email and in person to residents.
You will coordinate service requests,prepare quotes and invoices, maintain accurate records and support the administration of Council's waste contracts and services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment, has strong administrative skills and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to the community.
About You
You are a proactive and organised administration professional with a strong commitment to customer service.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers by providing timely and accurate information.
In addition, you will also have:
Minimum TAFE certificate in Administration or other relevant area,
Demonstrated customer service skills priorities.
A Class C Driver Licence.
Experience in local government, waste services, CRM systems such as Merit, or records management systems such as Content Manager will be highly regarded.
Bilingual language skills are also desirable.
Your commencing annual salary will range from
$***** to $***** per hour + Superannuation
dependent on your experience and qualifications.
