Your Role in Our Future
Founded by the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, Linear Clinical Research is at the forefront of scientific discovery through world-leading human clinical trials.
With two primary locations in Joondalup and Nedlands, Linear conducts a broad range of clinical trials across cancer, early phase, and general medicine
This role is primarily located at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands and is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
From time to time, you may be required to work and undertake training at our Joondalup site.
Some of your key duties will require you to;
Coordinateand manage multiple clinical trials, ensuring timely documentation,stakeholder communication, and adherence to high-quality standards.
Accuratelyprepare, maintain and archive trial documentation and other administrativetasks as required.
Ensurethat project milestones and deliverables are achieved whilst liaising andmaintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Helpwith the preparation of study specific documentation in advance of clientmeetings.
Supportthe wider clinic team to conduct clinical activities andassessments.
Your Experience
The successful applicant will ideally come with previousexperience from the clinical trial or medical sector however, this is notessential.
What is essential are the following skills and attributes;
Excellenttime management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities,meet competing deadlines, and monitor project milestones and timelineseffectively.
Demonstratedability to work within standard operating procedures andregulations.




Experienceworking in cross-functional teams including clinical, finance, regulatory,and operational staff.
Previousexperience from the health, medical or research sectors beneficial.
