About the Role
As a Meat Process Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and preparation of high-quality meat products.
You may be required to work across various departments depending on your skills, experience, and business needs.
Key duties may include:
Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing meat to required specifications
Sorting,



grading, and separating different cuts of meat
Operating processing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
Cleaning and sterilising work areas, tools, and equipment
Handling and moving carcasses in accordance with workplace procedures
Working in environments such as chillers, boning rooms, and slaughter floors
Packing, labelling, and preparing products for distribution
General labouring and assisting team members where required
What We're Looking For
Solid work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Willingness to follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Previous experience in meat processing (highly regarded but not essential)
Willingness to learn and take direction
