Newlands Group is seeking an experienced
Civil Draftsperson
to join our growing team based in Toowoomba.
Working closely with our engineers, project managers and construction teams, you will play a key role in the preparation of detailed civil construction drawings and documentation across a range of infrastructure projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented skilled who enjoys seeing their designs transition from concept through to construction.
You'll work on diverse projects across roads, subdivisions, water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure while being part of a collaborative and experienced team that values practical solutions and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed civil design drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Develop designs and documentation for roads, subdivisions, water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure projects
Produce construction drawings, as-constructed drawings and technical documentation
Assist with design calculations and quantities where required
Review design information and identify drafting discrepancies or clashes
