JBS Beef City Plant in Queensland is seeking an experienced Fabrication Foreperson (Boning Room) to lead the day-to-day operations, manage people, and ensure safety, quality and compliance within the boning room.
Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, you will drive production with a focus on lean processes, training and machine readiness while maintaining high safety standards.
Previous meat-industry leadership experience, robust communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of WH&S;
