Your current role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior CRM Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise CRM solutions.
Working within a collaborative delivery team, you will develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, build integrations, and support the delivery of customer-centric digital services.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions, workflows, and customisations
Building and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and external systems
Developing custom plugins, APIs, workflows, and reusable components
Delivering Power Pages solutions, including portal development and front-end customisation
Performing data migration, integration, and data quality management activities
Troubleshooting system issues and implementing performance improvements
Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to deliver CRM enhancements




Providing technical documentation, user support, and knowledge sharing across the team
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience as a CRM Developer, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
Strong experience with Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages
Solid development experience using JavaScript, .
NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns
Strong understanding of CRM customisation, workflows, plugins, and data management processes
Experience creating reusable components and front-end solutions for customer-facing portals
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
