Job Description
As a Section Waiter inMarmelo, you willbe responsible for managing your own section, ensuring high levelsof service are consistently delivered.You'llbe the face of the restaurant to our guests – welcoming, serving, and engaging with them to ensure they enjoy a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient and attentive service to guests within yoursection
Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with confidence andcare
Alwaysmaintaincleanliness and presentation of your section




Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth serviceflow
Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and promptly
Qualifications
Requirements:
Previousexperience in a fine dining establishment or hatted restaurant is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills,strong communicationabilities, and a polisheddemeanour.
Proficiencyin wine service and an understanding of food and beverage pairings.
A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of service meethigh standards.
Must have a valid Victorian RSA
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.
